

Ticket Seller's Guide
How to Sell Your Tickets in the Arena

1. In your Account, you have a Seller Dashboard to manage your tickets. Choose your games, set your prices, edit your details, etc.
2. If you own more than one set of seats, you can add additional PSLs at any time from your Account page. Each set of tickets can then be managed separately in your Seller Dashboard.
3. The Ticket Arena is a live marketplace. All your active listings will be live and available for immediate purchase.
4. Please do not list tickets if you can’t deliver them, and please Cancel any listing immediately if you no longer have the tickets to sell.
5. Buyers pay through a secure payment portal, using credit cards, Apple Pay, etc.
6. All sales are final. You are obligated to deliver the exact seats that have been sold.
7. Please do not double-list your tickets on any other platform or live marketplace. Doing so could cause duplicate sales on two sites and put us all in a very bad spot.
8. Once your tickets sell, you will receive an email alert from RaiderVerified. It will include simple instructions for you to electronically transfer the tickets to the Buyer.
9. Please transfer the tickets quickly – immediately, if possible – but no later than 2-3 hours. Buyers will be very eager to get their seats and you will get paid faster.
10. The Ticket Arena will stop the sale of your tickets the night before each game, typically at 11:59pm PST. This will leave you time to transfer your tickets to the Buyer.
11. Once the Buyer accepts your tickets, you will receive an official confirmation email from your season-ticket account (the Raiders or TicketMaster). Please forward that email to info@RaiderVerified.com so we can close your sale.
12. We will send your payment promptly once we receive your confirmation email. The commission is a flat 10%, which helps cover costs, marketing, payment processing, etc.
13. Payments are made via ACH banking transfers. It may take a day or two for the banks to process the transaction, but you will get paid.
14. In order to list tickets in the Arena, all Sellers must keep a valid credit card on file. This protects us all from fraudulent, negligent or illegal activity. Your card will never be charged unless you are engaged in such activity and you leave us no other choice.
15. Finally, RaiderVerified is a community for Raider fans who support Raider fans. We do not encourage price-gouging. Make your money. It’s all good. But let’s keep prices reasonable.
