Welcome to RaiderVerified! These Terms of Use ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for using our website, www.RaiderVerified.com ("Website"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.
 

 

Overview of the Ticket Club
 

RaiderVerified is a fan-to-fan ticket exchange platform created exclusively for Las Vegas Raiders fans. Our mission is to provide a secure and trustworthy platform for fellow fans to buy and sell tickets for all Raider home games at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada – and to keep Raider fans in Raider seats. By becoming a member of RaiderVerified, you gain access to a passionate community of like-minded fans and opportunities to secure tickets for the greatest football franchise in the world.


 

Membership and Registration

 

To participate in the RaiderVerified community and access our ticket exchange services, you need to sign up and create an account on our Website. All new members are required to undergo verification to confirm their status as genuine Raider fans and/or Las Vegas Raiders season-ticket holders with valid tickets and a valid team ticket account. During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate and current information. It's your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and to promptly update any changes to your account information.

 

By creating an account with RaiderVerified, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

  1. Accurate Information: You certify that all information you provide during the registration and verification process is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You understand that any false or misleading information provided during registration and verification may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
     

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, and you agree to immediately notify RaiderVerified of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
     

  3. Age Requirement: You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account and use our services.
     

  4. Consent to Communications: By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from RaiderVerified, including emails, phone calls, texts, and other notifications related to your account, ticket transactions, and updates to our services.
     

  5. Compliance with Laws: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and our Terms of Use. You will not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
     

  6. Privacy Policy: You acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.  We will never share your personal information with any third parties.
     

  7. Account Termination: RaiderVerified reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated our Terms of Use or engaged in any prohibited activities on our service.
     

  8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold RaiderVerified harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or any breach of your representations and warranties.


 

Purchasing Tickets

 

As a verified Buyer with RaiderVerified, you can purchase tickets for all Las Vegas Raiders' home games, as inventory allows. It's important to note that all sales are final. However, a purchase is not guaranteed until the tickets are delivered by the Seller through TicketMaster, the exclusive ticket provider for the NFL and the Las Vegas Raiders. All tickets are mobile and electronically transferred.

 

You must have a TicketMaster account with the same email address that is listed on your RaiderVerified account in order to receive your tickets. Additionally, a mobile phone is required to attend the game. RaiderVerified is not responsible for any issues arising from a Buyer's failure to meet these requirements or any technical issues with the TicketMaster platform.


 

Refunds and Buyer Guarantee

 

At RaiderVerified, we are committed to providing a reliable and secure ticket exchange platform. We offer a Buyer Guarantee, ensuring that buyers will receive the exact tickets they've purchased, or they will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note the following refund and Buyer Guarantee policies:

 

  1. Refund Policy: In the event that the tickets purchased by a Buyer are not delivered by the Seller, RaiderVerified will issue a full refund to the Buyer. For all other cases, including changes in personal plans, event postponements or cancellations, or any other circumstances, no refunds will be provided.
     

  2. Buyer Guarantee: We stand behind the authenticity and accuracy of the tickets sold on our platform. The Buyer Guarantee ensures that when you make a purchase on RaiderVerified, you can trust that you will receive the exact tickets you've selected. In the rare instance that the tickets received are not as described or differ from what you purchased, you are covered by our Buyer Guarantee.
     

  3. Refund Policy and Buyer Guarantee Disclaimer: Please note that our refund policy and Buyer Guarantee apply only to purchases made through RaiderVerified. Transactions conducted outside of our platform are not covered by these policies. Additionally, our Buyer Guarantee specifically covers the accuracy and authenticity of tickets received, and does not extend to factors beyond our control, such as event changes, postponements or cancellations.
     

RaiderVerified reserves the right to evaluate and determine eligibility for refunds and Buyer Guarantee claims on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy or Buyer Guarantee, please contact our support team at info@raiderverified.com.
 

By using RaiderVerified's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of our refund policy and Buyer Guarantee.


 

Selling Tickets

 

As a verified Seller on RaiderVerified, if you have tickets for a Raider game that you can't attend, you can list and sell those tickets to fellow fans. By listing your tickets on RaiderVerified, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Part 1: Listing Tickets

 

  1. Exclusive Listing: You agree that any tickets you list for sale on RaiderVerified will not be simultaneously listed on any other ticket exchange platform, website, or marketplace. This exclusive arrangement ensures a consistent and reliable experience for our community members.  When a Buyer pays for your tickets, the sale cannot be undone and the tickets must be delivered.
     

  2. Listing Expiration: All ticket listings on RaiderVerified expire the day before the game for which the tickets are valid, typically at 5pm PST. After this time, your listing will automatically be removed from the platform. This expiration is designed to ensure that Buyers have ample time to make their purchases and receive the tickets in a timely manner.

 

Part 2: Transferring Tickets After Sale
 

  1. Electronic Transfer: Once your tickets have sold, you have a responsibility to transfer the tickets to the Buyer quickly, within a 2-hour timeframe, if not sooner. At the time of each sale, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to transfer the tickets to the Buyer. This process involves accessing your original ticket account, either with the Raiders or TicketMaster, and initiating an electronic transfer to the Buyer’s email address that will be provided to you.
     

  2. Confirmation Emails: The electronic transfer process involves two official emails from your ticket office account (the Raiders or TicketMaster). The first will confirm that you have successfully sent the tickets to the Buyer. Please retain this for your records. The second email will confirm that the Buyer has successfully received the tickets and that the transfer is officially complete. Sellers are required to forward this final confirmation email, which includes all details of the transaction, to RaiderVerified at info@raiderverified.com.
     

  3. Completing the Sale: Once the final confirmation email is received by RaiderVerified, the sale will be considered complete and payment will be processed. Please note that until we receive this confirmation email, we retain the right to suspend or cancel the sale, if necessary, and we will not be able to process any payments to the Seller. Without this email, there is no proof that the Buyer received your tickets, so the transaction cannot be closed.

 

Part 3: Seller Financials

 

  1. Fair Pricing: As a Seller on RaiderVerified, you play a crucial role in maintaining fair pricing and ensuring a transparent and equitable marketplace for all members. We encourage you to price your tickets fairly, taking into account their face value, market demand, and other relevant factors. While we recognize your desire to make a profit, we highly discourage price-gouging, as it goes against the spirit of our community and the principles that RaiderVerified upholds.
     

  2. Commission Structure: Please note that RaiderVerified charges a commission of 10% on each successful sale. This commission covers various aspects of our services, including marketing efforts to attract Buyers, facilitating secure payment processing, and maintaining the platform's functionality. The commission amount is deducted from the total sale price before processing the payment to the Seller.
     

  3. Prompt Payments to Sellers: At RaiderVerified, we value your trust and partnership. Following a completed and successful sale, we are committed to promptly transferring the funds to your account. Typically, payments are processed within 1-2 business days after the completion of the sale. We facilitate these payments through ACH electronic transfer directly to your bank account. In order to ensure a smooth and timely payment process, you will need to provide your bank's routing and account number. This information is securely stored and used solely for the purpose of transferring funds to your designated account.
     

  4. Buyer Guarantee and Credit Card Requirement: To provide additional protection to both our Sellers and Buyers, we require all Sellers to keep a valid credit card on file as part of our Buyer Guarantee. This credit card information is securely stored and is intended for use only in cases of fraudulent activity or failure to deliver tickets as promised. In such instances, if a Seller fails to meet their obligations or if any fraudulent activity is detected, RaiderVerified reserves the right to charge the Seller's credit card for any resulting costs, including refunds to affected Buyers and administrative fees.

 

Part 4: Seller Responsibilities

 

As a Seller on RaiderVerified, you bear the legal responsibility to ensure the timely and successful transfer of your sold tickets to Buyers. Failure to fulfill this obligation may result in serious consequences, including the cancellation of the sale, suspension of your membership, and the possibility of incurring fees and other charges.

 

To maintain the integrity of the transaction process:

 

  1. Timely Transfer: Upon sale of tickets, it is imperative that you transfer the tickets to the Buyer quickly, within the stipulated 2-hour timeframe.
     

  2. Final Confirmation: The sale will only be deemed complete once RaiderVerified receives the official and final confirmation email from your ticket transfer, forwarded by you. Until this confirmation is received, RaiderVerified reserves the right to cancel the sale, if deemed necessary. Moreover, we cannot process any payments to you until this step is completed.
     

  3. Prompt Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with RaiderVerified's support team, particularly in cases where unforeseen circumstances may impede the timely transfer. Any delays must be promptly communicated to RaiderVerified.
     

  4. Prohibited Contact: Sellers are prohibited from engaging in any communication with Buyers that goes beyond the facilitation of the ticket transfer through the Buyer's TicketMaster account.
     

By listing tickets on RaiderVerified, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these conditions.
 

 

Taxes

 

Users of RaiderVerified are solely responsible for complying with any applicable taxes according to the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. RaiderVerified is not responsible for collecting, reporting, or remitting any taxes associated with the transactions conducted on our platform.


 

Third-Party Payment Processing

 

RaiderVerified uses a third-party payment processing service to facilitate transactions on our platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms of use and privacy policy of that third-party service. RaiderVerified is not responsible for any issues, disputes, or liabilities that may arise from your use of this service.


 

Ownership

 

RaiderVerified service, including its Website, logo, content, and all associated intellectual property, are owned by RaiderVerified and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from using, reproducing, distributing, or modifying any part of RaiderVerified's intellectual property without explicit written permission from RaiderVerified.


 

International Users

 

RaiderVerified can be accessed from countries around the world and may contain references to services that are not available in your country. These references do not imply that RaiderVerified intends to announce such services in your country. RaiderVerified's marketplace is controlled and offered by RaiderVerified from its facilities in the United States of America. RaiderVerified makes no representations that RaiderVerified is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use RaiderVerified from other countries do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.


 

Expectations and Guidelines

 

RaiderVerified is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all members. By using our services, you agree to:
 

  1. Accuracy: Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering, listing tickets, and making purchases.
     

  2. Respect: Treat fellow members with respect and follow our community guidelines.
     

  3. Compliance: Abide by all applicable laws and regulations when using our platform.
     

  4. Security: Safeguard your account credentials and report any suspicious activity immediately.
     

  5. Communication: Maintain open and honest communication during ticket transactions.
     

  6. Users Relationship with RaiderVerified: As a Buyer, a Registered User grants RaiderVerified permission to charge the credit or debit card associated with their registration for the purchase of tickets. As a Seller, a Registered User grants RaiderVerified permission to charge the credit or debit card associated with their registration for costs incurred by RaiderVerified if at any time the Seller fails to deliver the tickets they have listed or delivers invalid, fraudulent, counterfeit, or misrepresented tickets. These costs may include, but are not limited to, the cost of replacement tickets, credits or refunds to the Buyer, and other charges we incur to satisfy the Buyer under the terms of RaiderVerified's Buyer Guarantee.
     

    RaiderVerified acts as a marketplace only to allow Buyers and Sellers to interact regarding tickets. In all cases, the submission and confirmation of orders are transactions between Buyers and Sellers only. The fulfillment of confirmed orders, including delivery and shipment of tickets, is the responsibility of the Seller. If you have a dispute with one or more registered users, you release RaiderVerified and all affiliated companies, officers, directors, agents, parents, subsidiaries, legal representatives, and employees from any claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute. Direct, unsolicited contact to an individual customer support team member through their social media, personal email or cell phone is strictly prohibited. RaiderVerified will not use or distribute your private information except in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
